Steven Peterson

Mr. Peterson is the Senior Vice President with The Peterson Companies, a real estate development firm based in Fairfax, Virginia. The Peterson Companies is one of the leading regional real estate development companies in the United States. Mr. Peterson's responsibilities include general oversight and management across the firm's residential, commercial and industrial real estate development activities.

He served on the Board of Directors for the Prince William County Northern Virginia Building Industry and currently serves on the Board of Governors for Saint Stephens & St. Agnes School, is on the Oxon Hill Manor Board of Trustees and is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Washington.

Timothy Petry

Mr. Petry is a Managing Director at The Armand Group, an investment banking firm located in Chicago. In leading various corporate finance and merger and acquisition projects, Mr. Petry manages the Armand Group’s interests in its portfolio companies and has provided extensive financial management consulting services, including CFO and corporate development positions for several client companies.

Prior to joining Armand, Mr. Petry served as a Senior Associate of Armand, Miller & Mull Incorporated. From 1984 to 1989, Mr. Petry was employed as a Senior Consultant of Arthur Andersen & Co.'s Special Services Consulting Group. Mr. Petry is a director and principal shareholder of Midwest Manufacturing Holdings, L.L.C. He has been a director and principal shareholder in Optica and was a director and principal shareholder of WBH Industries, Inc.

Mr. Petry holds a Bachelor Arts degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master's in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.

Joseph Trindl

Joe has nearly 30 years of consulting experience overseeing complex consulting engagements in a variety of industries. Prior to joining The Customer Group, Joe was previously Senior Managing Director of Navigant Consulting, Inc. As one of the original team members involved in the earliest stages of forming the company, Joe helped guide Navigant to becoming an international entity with over 2,000 consultants worldwide. Navigant provides a broad range of consulting services including Joe's specialties: management consulting and business dispute resolution. Joe's clients encompass a wide array of industries in Fortune 100 companies including health care, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and transportation.

Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, Mr. Trindl was a member of the construction, government contracts and litigation support group of a major international accounting firm where he was an auditor and consultant.

Mr. Trindl received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants
