Current Job Opportunities
The Customer Group is currently seeking strategic, operational, and project management professionals to work with existing project teams and clients. All positions require the ability to travel up to 80% and a willingness to serve as a contractor for an interim period (6-months) prior to evaluation for candidacy for full-time employment.
Position Summary:
Consulting positions at The Customer Group, LLC involve external client service responsibilities. The primary external responsibility involves project related work. Consultants are expected to provide content expertise in a variety of areas including, but not limited to call center operations, enabling technologies, project management, human resources, performance management, financial analysis and change management.
Opportunities range from Business Analyst positions through Project Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
Research and analysis: interviewing client staff, data collection, financial analysis, business process analysis and redesign, staffing analysis, capacity planning, report and deliverable creation.
Thought leadership: Throughout an entire engagement or a portion of an engagement, through project management and ownership of overall tasks and deliverables.
Client relationship management: Play a key role in/manage a client relationship. Work closely with the client on a daily basis to ensure project progress and maintain constant open communication.
Domain expertise: Provide content expertise in a variety of areas: customer strategy, customer operations, human resources, enabling technologies, project management, performance management, financial analysis and change management.
Documentation: Prepare appropriate proposals, presentations, correspondence, marketing kits, and documentation as required in the proposal process.
Teamwork: Work closely with senior management to develop and support our internal business including recruiting, mentoring and other critical internal business functions.
Requirements:
A positive, "can do" attitude
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree a plus.
> 4 years consulting experience
Strong business background essential
Experience with customer interaction strategies, technologies and call center operations required
Experience with defining specifications and requirements (business and/or technical) using a structured methodology
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Able to handle multiple tasks
