A Large Slice of Savings- Connie’s Pizza
The Customer Group, LLC.’s multi-phase project included a call center
feasibility assessment and implementation of a new POS system for the
Chicago-based pizza chain. These efforts demonstrated a potential $600,000
cost savings opportunity, to be realized within 18 months. Other expected
benefits included improved customer service and retention through better
support access and call handling for customers, improved functionality
through more effective processes and enhanced reporting, and cost savings
opportunities through more efficient technology.

the flexibility and responsiveness of HyperFeed in serving their customers.
