A Large Slice of Savings- Connie’s Pizza
The Customer Group, LLC.’s multi-phase project included a call center feasibility assessment and implementation of a new POS system for the Chicago-based pizza chain. These efforts demonstrated a potential $600,000 cost savings opportunity, to be realized within 18 months.
