Enabling the Dream – Shoreline Alliance for the Arts
The Shoreline Arts Alliance's mission is to stimulate and promote artistic
activity of the highest caliber, and to educate, enrich, and encourage
the next generation of artists, performers and patrons in Connecticut’s
south central shore region. The Customer Group, LLC. partnered with SAA
to find a contact-management system that would meet both their functional
requirements, and their very tight budget. The Customer Group utilized
the Enabling Customer Technology Solutions offering to facilitate the
requirements definition, platform survey and final selection of an application
that was way within SAA’s cost constraints. The result was a system that
consolidated SAA’s disparate systems, ensured data integrity, and was
implemented in a very short timeframe, enabling the staff to better serve
their dynamic constituents.
Survey Says... Customers Voice Their Opinions - Charter One Bank
As a result of The Customer Group’s design and implementation of a Customer
Satisfaction Survey Program, Charter One Bank is now able to utilize customer
feedback as a tool for recognizing exceptional agent performance and fueling
an employee incentive program. The Customer Group’s application of industry
best practices and statistical methodologies enabled the design of a compelling
survey that accurately achieved Charter One’s targeted goals.
