supported the definition of the desired customer experience and designed
the customer care infrastructure, including complete self-service via
the web. This support included the rapid selection of a CRM provider,
as well as the development of key customer care processes. The engagement
resulted in a successful implementation of a premier CRM platform, and
well defined, multi-channel customer service capabilities.
Cleaning Up Customer Care - Katy Industries
Katy Industries is a diversified company that produces electrical, electronics
& maintenance products for industrial use and retail. After senior management
recognized a need, The Customer Group was engaged to improve customer
service effectiveness. Intensive analysis and interviews were conducted
at all Katy sites to determine the most optimal solution and within only
a four-week timeframe, The Customer Group created a comprehensive plan
of action to consolidate operations and improve customer service across
the enterprise.
