Who We Are

The Customer Group was formed over ten years ago, in 1999, to address the growing need for specialized expertise in the area of Customer Experience design and build. We provide knowledge and expert guidance across the key knowledge domains that influence a company’s ability to ultimately deliver an outstanding customer experience. Our professionals bring experience ranging from market research and setting customer-focused strategy through to operations design, technology design and delivery and comprehensive measurement tool delivery.

The Customer Group has guided the efforts of more than seventy (70) leading companies over the past ten years in designing and improving customer experiences. Our professionals bring both extensive knowledge and a passion for our style and brand of work to each client engagement; coupled then with a proven approach and methodology. Client engagements span a number of service and product industries with each engagement benefitting from the body of knowledge we have accumulated over time.
